The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess was one of the few titles to be released for the Nintendo Gamecube and the Wii.  The game was originally only to be released on the GameCube.  The game was released on the Wii release date of November 19, 2006.  This was the first Zelda game to be launched with a console.    The GameCube version was released on December 11, 2006.

     The game takes place after the events of Majora's Mask.  Link is once again a youmg man in the game.  He becomes a wolf while in the Twilight Realm.

     The Wii version used the Wii Remote and Nunchuk.  The GameCube version used controls like The Wind Waker.

     Link with the help of Midna has to save Hyrule from Zant who has help from Ganondorf.  Zant is trying to merge Hyrule and the Twilight Realm into a place of darkness.

     Both versions of the received great scores and praise.  The game sold over 1 million copies on the Wii in three months and four months on the GameCube after it was released.
