Mini Mario & Friends amiibo Challenge is a puzzle game developed and published by Nintendo.  It was first released in Japan on January 28, 2016 and in North America and Europe on April 28, 2016.  The game was released both for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS family.  The game can be purchased through the Nintendo e-Shop.

     The game requires amiibo to play.  Mario character amiibo will unlock that character.  They are over 50 levels to play.

      The game received mixed reviews.  It was criticized for being too similar to previous installments in the series.
