Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet are upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch. The games will be released worldwide on November 18, 2022.

     The games will be open-world which will allow players visit different areas in any order. The game also features multiplayer with up to four players simultaneously, enabling trading and battling between players as well as allowing them to travel through the game's areas together.

     Each version of the game will feature different professors. Professor Sada will assist trainers in Pokémon Scarlet while Professor Turo will guide trainers in Pokémon Violet.

     Several Pokémon from the past will be included in the Pokedex. Sprigatito (Grass), Fuecoco (Fire), and Quaxly will be the starters in the game. Koraidon (Scarlet) and Miraidon (Violet) will be the coverart legendaries for the games.
